Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”), this page describes the methods of processing the personal data of users who consult the website AV Service(hereinafter “Company”) accessible electronically at the following address: https://taxi-portocervo.it/

This is information which is also provided pursuant to art. 13 of the Regulation applicable from 25 May 2018 and complies with Recommendation no. 2/2001 relating to minimum requirements for online data collection in the European Union, adopted on 17 May 2001 by the Article 29 Working Group.

This information does not concern other sites, pages or online services accessible via hyperlinks possibly published on the sites but referring to resources external to the Company’s domain.

Category of data processed and legal basis of processing

The personal data indicated on this page are processed by the Company exclusively to provide feedback to requests forwarded by users. The processing, pursuant to art. 6, par. 1, letter. b) EU Reg. 2016/679 is necessary for the execution of a contract of which the interested party is a party or for the execution of pre-contractual measures adopted at the request of the same and, as a result, does not require the consent of the interested party.

Special categories of data are not processed pursuant to art. 9 EU Reg. 2016/679 nor personal data relating to criminal convictions and crimes pursuant to art. 10 EU Reg. 2016/679.

Types of data processed and purposes of processing

Browsing data    

The IT systems and software procedures used to operate this site acquire, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of communication protocols of the Internet.

This category of data includes the IP addresses or domain names of the computers and terminals used by users, the addresses in URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) notation of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used to submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

Such data, necessary for the use of web servic peres, are also processed for the purpose of:

  • obtain statistical information on the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors per time slot or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
  • check the correct functioning of the services offered.

The navigation data do not persist for more than seven days and are deleted immediately after their aggregation (except for any need for the investigation of crimes by the judicial authority).

Data communicated by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary sending of messages to the Company’s contact addresses, as well as the compilation and forwarding of the forms on the Company’s website, entail the acquisition of the sender’s contact details, necessary to respond, as well as all the data for personals included in communications.

Cookies and other tracking systems

No cookies are used to profile users, nor are other tracking methods used.

Instead, session cookies (non-persistent) are used in a manner strictly limited to what is necessary for safe and efficient navigation of the sites. The storage of session cookies in terminals or browsers is under the control of the user, whereas on the servers, at the end of HTTP sessions, information relating to cookies remains recorded in the service logs, with retention times not exceeding seven days like other navigation data.

Data recipients

The personal data collected are processed by the Company’s staff who act on the basis of specific instructions provided regarding the purposes and methods of the processing itself. The data will not be communicated to third parties except, where necessary, to suppliers of IT and professional services external to the Company specifically appointed as Data Processors. The data is not transferred to non-EU countries but is processed exclusively in Italian territory.

Rights of interested parties

The interested parties have the right to obtain from the Company, in the cases provided for, access to personal data and the rectification or cancellation of the same or the limitation of the processing that concerns them or to oppose the processing (articles 15 et seq. of the Regulation). The specific request to the Authority is presented by contacting the Data Controller at the addresses specified above.

Right to complain

Interested parties who believe that the processing of personal data relating to them carried out through this site occurs in violation of the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the Guarantor, as provided for by the ‘art. 77 of the Regulation itself at the following addresses: Guarantor for the protection of personal data, with headquarters in Piazza di Monte Citorio n. 121 – 00186 Rome, tel.
